3.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or approved channels.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.
3.3 Payments are processed via third-party secure gateways. We do not store your payment details.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 100% Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
You cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, or
The Company is unable to deliver or must cancel/reschedule the session for any reason.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4.2 No Refund
No refund will be provided if:
Cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled session
You fail to attend the session (“no-show”)
You provide incorrect or incomplete information that prevents service delivery
4.3 Additional Conditions
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
All refunds are subject to verification and approval.
5. Rescheduling
Users may request a reschedule once, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accepted at the Company’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership
All content on the website—including text, materials, graphics, logos, icons, course content, methodologies, frameworks, videos, digital products, and all other intellectual property (“Content”)—is the exclusive property of Nova whizz.
