REFUND POLICY 

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services purchased through our platform. By booking or purchasing any session, course, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below:

1. Full Refund (100%) Eligibility

1.1 Cancellation by the User

A user is eligible for a 100% refund of the booking fee if a cancellation request is submitted no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

All refund requests must be submitted through the official support channels specified on our website.

1.2 Cancellation or Inability to Deliver by the Company

The Company will issue a full refund (100%) under the following circumstances:

  • The Company cancels the session for operational, technical, or scheduling reasons.

  • The Company is unable to deliver the service for any reason.

  • The Company is unable to provide an alternative session time acceptable to the user.

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

2. No Refund Conditions

2.1 Late Cancellation

No refund shall be issued for cancellation requests received within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled session start time.

2.2 User No-Show

If the user fails to attend the session at the scheduled time without prior written notice, the booking shall be deemed forfeited and non-refundable.

2.3 Rescheduling Requests After Cut-Off

Rescheduling requests submitted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the session may be denied. If denied, the booking shall remain non-refundable.

2.4 Package or Bundle Purchases

For bundled, multi-session, or discounted packages, refunds—if applicable—shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, provided that the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1 are met. Sessions previously attended or consumed will not be refundable.

3. Additional Terms and Conditions

3.1 Request Procedure

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via the official communication channels listed on our website. The Company reserves the right to reject any request not submitted in accordance with this procedure.

3.2 Processing Time

The Company will process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Actual credit to the user’s account may vary based on bank or payment gateway policies.

3.3 Abuse or Misuse of Policy

The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or deny future services to users who repeatedly cancel sessions, request excessive refunds, or otherwise misuse the Policy.

3.4 Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
